The staff seems to me not well trained. At 12PM I asked the bar for a Piña Colada and they told me that they don’t have material to make that drink and that they didn’t know when the kitchen would have prepared the ingredients. The restaurant was supposed to close at 10 pm but at 8.30pm the kitchen was already closed.

The hotel could be improved, the rooms and areas need a better maintenance for the overall  facility, staff is friendly and willing to help if you need something

All great rooms were little dirty after  they cleaned shower head didn’t work tv was horrible o pictures need to be updated

Room and property were clean. Staff was friendly and made sure we had anything we asked for. Enjoyed a tasty breakfast, Have stayed there before and will again

Booked for 2 nights because it wa to have a beach. There was no beach totally isolated we stayed one night and left

The property and the room were dirty and poorly kept upon first assessment though not terrible enough to leave. When I was turning in for the night to go to bed, this changed. The bed was filthy. Linens covered in hair, dirt and even a dead bug was found in the bed. I was so disgusted that I was prepared to leave in the middle of the night, though there was no one at the desk at midnight except a security guard who was unable to assist. I was unable to sleep in the bed, but had to stay given the lack of alternative lodging accessible to me in the middle of the night. At 6am I went to the desk to express my concerns and to turn over the key, checking out early. The desk agent seemed less than surprised or as if she could really be concerned with my experience.A few other concerning things: They'll place you next to the facility AC, in the bottom "garden view" room which is actually near the dumpster. It is very loud. There are exposed wires in the room. Mirrors and light switches were dirty. Sliding glass door lock did not work. There is no elevator, nor are there attendants to take your luggage many floors down to the "garden view" room. No seating or furniture including on the patio outside. AC water is leaking on the patio.  I saw the concerning reviews before booking though thought that maybe people were overexaggerating. It doesn't take much to make me happy but this was just next level filthy and concerning. I've stayed at low end cheap motels cleaner than this.
