Cerro 3 years ago now belongs to other owners the place is now totally different, the areas, the pool, the rooms, the services everything is very nice its new name is: the hotel la sirena playa Jacó

There is no such thing.

Spend 5 days with my family in this separate hotel, and we could really have had better times than other than this one, the infrastructure of the same outside is poor and inside the rooms is worse, unfortunately part of this, as if it were not enough, a room air conditioner did not serve (main room) the decoration of the same rooms is ugly or it seems that they do not put the necessary care, the WiFi basically collapses when there are already 3 rooms occupied, the part of the kitchen sink which echoes a type of playwood the sink was already rotting below because the sink was sunk by the right side and the water collapsed around it, in addition some plugs were damaged.

We always go on a family vacation and what we like most is that it is right on the beach, the customer service is very good, Eduardo is very attentive and kind, it is a familiar place where even pets are accepted as they have a green area where they can stay, it has a swimming pool, parking lot, air conditioning and the cabins are equipped, the price is very convenient, it is safe for the children.

Beach on the garden

The apartment hotel is situated 100 meters from the beach at high tide. It has a well kept pool surounde day a lovely garden filled with frequent visits from a variety of birds and reptiles. The apartments are basic and a bit tatty although they are constantly upgrading. 
The staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful and we had a great stay for a couple of months. Taxi to town is about $2 or a ten to fifteen minute walk down the beach.

Good location

A few days ago, I was with my family, the pool was very small, just for the kids, the wifi didn't work, and the microwave didn't work, we tried to report it but they never managed to change it, there was no daily cleaning as advertised, nor the 24-hour reception, we had to leave the keys in a chair outside the reception because there was no one there, the room was very clean, very close to the beach, it was equipped, I don't think I'd go back because there are more points against than in favor.

No recommendation.. it's a hotel with an old infrastructure.. the room smells bad.. the bathroom is dirty.. the air conditioning almost doesn't work.. the worst experience of my life.. please give more maintenance to the rooms so that it's something decent..

The worst experience of my life.

This place offers departments for rent for 2,4,6 or more people. It is a very private place and you forget that you are at a place so popular like Jacó. Each apartment is equiped with kitchen appliances and dishes for you to use. It has a pool and a jacuzzi that are very good.
