The best place we stayed in Costa Rica. Everything about this lodge was amazing - the staff, the accommodation, the tours, the food. What an amazing place to end our 2 weeks in Costa Rica - wished we’d stayed longer than 3 nights here! The lodge is beautifully designed and no detail has been missed. The food (3 meals a day included) is beautifully prepared and presented, with the freshest flavours. The staff knew all the guests by name and the service felt very personal. You can’t swim at the beach because of rip tides but if you turn right at the bottom of the beach trail, there is a lovely little lagoon to swim in. The lodge includes a daily activity - we did the night walk, forest walk, river walk and the waterfall repelling (extra cost for the repelling) - all were excellent. They also run naturalist talks on some evenings - held by the guides - very interesting. Can’t rave about this place enough - when can we go back???
