We were here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and beautiful. Very close to the beach, good surfing, and shopping and restaurants. We also liked sitting on our balcony and watching monkeys and iguanas. The host was communicative, and the room had everything we needed. We'd love to come back.

Extremely beautiful property. Our host was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Host provided excellent check-in instructions. The pool is very nice and the view of the sunset was beautiful. The condo is walking distance to: the beach, stores and restaurants. The property feels safe and secure and has secured onsite parking with a locked gate. I would recommend this property for couples/groups of 2 or singles visiting the Santa Teresa area. One thing to note: 3 of the condos are built into the hillside and there are a couple flights of stairs that one must climb in order to reach theses condo units. There is also housekeeping services that come and clean the units throughout the stay (I believe every other day).

This hotel is just near by the beach, buildings and plan of the hotel makes you feel you are in a colonial town.  its rooms are large there is air conditioning there is a nice restaurant in that hotel, bar is also nice place to chat with people.

Had to find a place to stay while the wife was in the hospital.  The hospital area wasn’t great. I found this a great price, 10 min taxi ride and across from the ocean. I got there about 1am, the young man at the desk was very friendly and did his job well. At 1am it looked like this hotel could go eiter way, but I was pleasantly surprised.  They also have free breakfast and an attached restaraunt.  I was not there in time for breakfast, but she gave me OJ and the place smelled great and looks clean.  It is nothing fancy, but well worth the price. 

Located on the waterfront in downtown Puntarena, this is a good hotel if you have a good room .  If you can, definitely try to book a room with a veranda facing the water. They're bigger, the views are amazing, and at night if it's stormy you can fall asleep to the sound of falling rain.  The hotel staff (reception and restaurant) are friendly and try to be helpful.

3 suggestions for the owners/managers.  Please install shower curtains next to the bathtubs -- it's hard to use your hand-held shower without getting water on the bathroom floor.  Also please take a second look at the very long list of conditions that your incoming guests must sign -- the list can almost seem hectoring instead of welcoming.  Also, a safe or strongbox would be nice

Finally an observation about your breakfast. In addition to the friendly staff, your coffee and fresh fruit -- especially the papaya -- are delicious.

I know it’s hot outside but I’m from Canada, and I cannot have a 1-2 minute freezing shower under a small pipe and call that good and clean.  I appreciate a hot shower and bath, a toilet seat (who knew that was a luxury) and air conditioning.  After 5 days camping this was a welcomed break mid way our trip.  The hotel has a pool and breakfast, staff was friendly.  It’s not a 5 star but it’s pretty darn good and we enjoyed our 1 night stay before going back to camping.  Its across from the beach and restaurants below, close to many amenities. 

I'm a costarrican and went with my whole family for a weekend. It's nice, clean and family oriented. The location is super safe and has everything you need within walking distance. The owner of the hotel lives there and is always willing to help you! Highly recommended.

This is by far hotel at the Center of Punt arenas, not only for the facilities also due price/quality relation.

Of course, it is not a chain hotel, but you will find a place where you could get the most for having a good time at Puntarenas.

The food and rooms are fine.

The best of the hotel is the service and their people, they will treat you very well trying to service you quick and as best as possible.

Nice small hotel at Puntarenas

The hotel is right across the beach and there are plenty of street vendors that sell good local food across the street. The Beds were comfortable rooms fairly clean, there are 2 outdoor pools that the kids loved, good amount of outdoor lounge chairs. The bar made very good mixed drinks, hotel restaurant was also good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good not great. They have a pool table. The down sides were the bad wifi in the hotel and limited towels on occasion.
