If you live a quiet and simple life, this is the hotel for you. If you enjoy the outdoors, this is the hotel for you. The open hallways to the rooms are very nice. The fresh air atmosphere, not being cluttered inside a building, is very peaceful. Our flight was delayed a few times, being this was our first time visiting Costa Rica, Jennifer was VERY helpful and patient, ( I had to email her a few times) which she informed me of the shuttle service time and the shuttle was there and waiting. Arriving at 8pm in Costa Rica for the first time, just imagine. The Staff was very friendly, and the hospitality was great. If you don't live a simple, relaxing life this is not the hotel for you. But if you live a complex life and want to relax this is the hotel for you. And the reason Im saying this is because of the reviews I read before our trip. Charles S.

What was good
It was great // Not all the Hotel in being used due to Costa Rica Covid restrictions // but all the pools and Convention Show Rooms are available // they have great staff and the customer service was excellent.
Clean, Fresh and Crisp Linen. Water and Coffee along with a mini fridge, can't ask for more to be honest.
