The house was nice, clean and is at walking distance of the centre of Alajuela. It consists of two seperate rooms, a living room/kitchen and a washing area. No place to sit outside unfortunately. The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful and showed us around the first night. Bus station, super market etc are closeby.

Clean, safe, quiet , spacious, Wi-Fi, private parking, all you need to enjoy a wonderful stay in Alajuela , just right next to the airport, a good place to be used as a base to explore the central valley and beyond. The management of the Condo is very helpful and friendly.

The place is very clean, comfortable, nice, and very close to the airport. The condo have two separate rooms, a living room and your own kitchen! Marjorie helped us with taxi arrangements, bus schedules, and recommended some great tours. The bus stop and the shopping market is just 10 min away (walking). I would most certainly recommend this place!

We stayed a week in this clean apartment with kitchen, large rooms, friendly and helpful owner.  There isn't much nearby, other than automotive companies featuring oil changes.  Quiet at night but trucks and motorcycles gearing up early in morning.  The nearest restaurant is about a 15 minute walk, mostly on shoulder of roads.  Seems geared to persons with a car.

Marjorie's hospitality was welcomed by us, a group of 10. She gave lots of tips and accompanied us to the poas volcano and doka coffee tour and also to a tour of the Basilica. We felt safe in the property despite the bolted gates on windows and doors in the neighborhood. Property was very clean and the rooms downstairs felt little cramped and dark and not much ventilation. 2 rooms had a/c though. Somewhat noisy and can hear street chatter but after midnight it was silent and we had good quality of sleep. Very conveniently located to supermarkets and other key areas. Marjorie also was very helpful in setting up transport. Airport very close, less than 10mins. Overall, a highly recommended place to stop by on way home.
