It was the only hotel we found when booking with little anticipation. The interior is colonial, the spaces are clean. The family rooms are the same double rooms, but with more beds, giving a feeling of being overlooked. Being a colonial place, the TV is also, because it is over 20 years old. The beds and pillows have protective plastic that make sleeping uncomfortable. The entrance to the hotel is approximately 10 meters unpaved. Interestingly, the hot water is in the right key of the shower.

There is a parking garage and breakfast.

Unfortunately, the bed was a table, we woke up with a sore back and were very tired because we couldn't sleep all night.The worst thing is that making the claim to Clarisa (the owner) was absolutely rude and she didn't return any of the money for that night.Apparently we weren't the only ones because I saw comments from other people, we found the same complaint, a pity they don't take into account the opinion of the guests.I don't recommend this hotel for its beds or for the attention of the owner, quite rude!!

The worst night of our lives.

Our double bed looked like a table, we had never slept in a bed so awfully hard. On the second night we could no longer feel the pain of our backs. On the first day there was no hot water. The worst of all was definitely breakfast. Although the hotel has a restaurant area, you get a ticket and you have to walk about 4 or 5 blocks to a hotel where you have to make long lines for breakfast and the food is of a very poor quality. It was so bad that the second day we simply decided to have breakfast elsewhere.

Very nice place to rest, quiet, cozy excellent service and the best part has good prices. it is close to the main square, ideal for walking out at night or at your preferred time.

Very good tourist service, clean, simple and seated, cozy, well-located rooms are within 6 minutes of the Plaza Mayor on foot! The breakfast could be more varied and improve the coffee by staying in Colombia! Good quality-price ratio! Recommended!

Very good hotel, we stayed in a suite for 5 people, travelled with my family, the very rich breakfast, delicious orange juice, very rich bread and eggs, we did not expect it for the price we paid.

The hotel is not very well situated in the city. You enter all the rooms with a patio which is charming but it makes the noise of the other guests louder (babies, children...). Our room was clean however it had a very very small window that was open on the laundry room. The breakfast is very simple and you do not have much choice (eggs, juice, bread and hot beveradge). In a word, very disappointing for the price paid, above all compared with the other hotels in Colombia.

Disapointing hotel

The hotel is colonial in style, with a fountain in the center and a parking lot.The room we stayed in was very clean, clean, the double bed quite wide, the bathroom with hot water, however, the floor remained wet after using the shower, something that should be improved.For those of us staying on the first floor we listened to everything that the second floor did, perhaps because everything is made of wood (pretty soon a disadvantage).The breakfast delighted me and my couple, the hotel staff were very friendly, the location very good, exactly five minutes walk from the main square.

We initially booked two rooms over booking.com by mistake. When we arrived, the receptionist went out of their way to be able to refund us the money for the nights in the second room. 
The room we stayed in (double room with kingsize bed) was huge, the bed was super comfortable, shower was hot and we even had a whirl pool and a fireplace! Felt like home after one night so we stayed there longer as initially planned.
The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the center. If you like it a bit more quiet, it's perfect.

Beautiful place, helpful staff!

Villa Luna was deceptive in the way it changed my reservation. I made a reservation for three rooms, but when we arrived and after my brother-in-law had paid for his room on his credit card, we discovered that his room had a horrible odor and was not suitable. Since there were no other rooms available, we asked for a refund for just that one room (of the three rooms we booked). They said I had to cancel the reservation on bookings.com or they would have to keep 10% of the cost of the room to cover their expenses with the credit card company. They declined to just give us a full refund directly, and I was unable to access the internet, so our refund was minus $20.000 Pesos (or 10% of the room cost, which was $200.000 pesos). 
Then someone in charge at Villa Luna went onto booking.com and said we canceled two rooms (and saved themselves from having to pay a percentage to bookings.com). This is not true. I paid for two of the three rooms I booked, and we paid 10% for a room that smelled like death. 
And they make lots of noise in the morning, the curtains are thin so a lot of light gets in, and the shower is cold warter.
