My name is rafael and i visited bogota fot my first time.i stay in this hotel and they treat me and my friend very well. They were very nice,friendly,accomodating and extremly pleasing with.both of us. I.ended up thru surgery and they were even more kind ,helpfull and nice with us.everytime we need something they do it for us. Was a very nice safe location, close to the tourist places and easy to get there.. Only suggestion is put the name of the hotel infront of the red door infront the hotel. Very nice,quiet,discreet location. Nubia ,all the ladys from the front desk and all.the gentleman from the staff were so.nice . I totally recomend this hotel. I will see you guys again in may.
