The Ecolodge is situated 'El paso del mango', you can only get there with a 4x4 or by motorcycle from Santa Marta or Bonda. We got there and Raphael (the owner) received us with a delicious 'caldo'. We loved the place and the kindness of the staff. Raphael is an excellent cook! and loved to share some moments with us. There are nice places to visit around: eat mangoes in the river, make a tour and get a massage and chocolate bath at the cacao farm, visit the 'reserva natural Caoba', resource yourself at the 'cascade Silvestre' (beautiful waterfall, 1h30 walk). We planned to stay there for 3 nights but decided to stay one more ! The hotel is clean and calm, the river sounds across the street makes you fall asleep very quickly ! It was perfect for us ! 🙏
