The hotel’s location is superb, being very close to Parque del Café, which made our visit incredibly convenient. The beautiful grounds are a standout feature, with meticulously maintained gardens, a lovely variety of plants, and a charming array of animals that added a special touch to the surroundings.The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The team was especially accommodating with the dietary needs of the vegetarians in our group, providing thoughtful options.When my mum had an accident during our stay, the staff responded immediately and with great care, providing assistance and a wheelchair without hesitation. It was incredibly reassuring to know that such attentive and kind service was available when we needed it most.While the rooms are simple, they are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment for a restful stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming place to stay.
