Truly the rooms are not pleasant, the breakfast is limited and of no good quality, the pool is dirty and has road balconies, cracks, etc., allowing the consumption of drinks in front of the rooms in front of the beach, the beach chairs are made of wood and in poor condition, I think that the charged value is not congruent with the service and facilities, the photos that are here are out of date and not how it is currently left in this hotel.

When we arrived, the manager told us that they only used the prices they had left for the hotel, and we had to cancel the double, the rooms are very narrow and extremely hot and the air conditioning doesn't work well. They only gave us towels and they didn't give us soaps even though they gave us twice, the bathroom water for the shower and the laundry was practically nothing. Very poor service including the restaurant too late and always to look for the receptionist or someone in charge had to go to the beach or walk around the hotel to be able to find it.

We went for a family vacation and on arrival noticed there was a foul smell because the property has a sewage drainage issue. The smell was uncomfortable for my children and I had to scramble to locate new lodgings because it is spring break. We requested that our deposit for the room be refunded and we got little help. Finally after an hour of arguing we were connected to Angela one of the owners and she told us that they do not refund money. We got ripped off. Please avoid this place

The worst hotel I've ever been to, this shouldn't be a hotel, not even a one-star hotel, 1.Bridged and disorganized, I found balls of hair in the siphon, patches in the saunas, and chicks attached to the bathroom door, 2.Hard to find because there's no warning on the number 3.Horrible attention, no one helps to get the suitcases no matter the heat or the rain, the employees are sorry to see children or elderly people in need of help, 4.The rooms are terrible, they barely have room for the bed, the bathroom water spreads to the room and the roofs don't exceed 2 meters.

EL PEOR HOTEL is the best hotel in the world.

The cleanliness is poor. the rooms are very small and uncomfortable. the bad smell of the bathrooms was terrible. like a taped cafeteria who had to keep the bathroom with the door closed. the food was very regular and in small quantities. i had to beg literally to get a glass of milk and then they charged me. they didn't respect my reservation in which they indicated that I would be located in rooms on the first floor. ask for extra saunas and never take them. the administration is very unserviceable. they are remodeling the facilities but everything before they should improve the poor service rendered. the hotel does not even have to be classified into 2 stars. it is a FIASCO TOTAL. reach NO RECOMMENDS NOTHING.

This place is really dirty, there are  bugs and the beach is full of trash but walking just  20 feet the beach is clean and looks like a giant pool, choose another hotel I saw hotel playa Tiburon seems nice and a lot cleaner!
