Great staff; Miguel at front counter great, helpful, speaks some English; modern elevator (stayed on top/5th floor); large shower with hot water; right in middle of bustling centro area, commerce with food, drink, shopping all over, close to parks, taxis, and Transmillinio bus; clean and spacious room with window that opened as well as air conditioner/heater; FREE BREAKFAST. However, the airport is a LONG WAY away from Centro Bucaramanga, taxi cost $34.000 mil COP and no way to avoid it.
