107 reviewsMy stay at this location was wonderful. The hotel has a gated entrance and has the look of a modern villa or residence. All of the staff were extremely friendly ad more than helpful. I was always greeted with a warm staff by of the employees and greeted with a good morning or evening when I was there. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. There is ample room for clothing and other personal items. I cannot say enough about the staff. There were always willing to assist me with whatever I needed regarding items such as sim cards or taxis to the airport. I have stayed at many hotels all over the world, but by far this location far exceeded by expectations regarding customer service to foreigners. I truly enjoyed my brief stay here. When I return to Bogota, I will only stay here. Thank you very much Sthepani!
