Todos los ciudadanos colombianos, independientemente de la duración de su estancia, así como todos los ciudadanos extranjeros que permanezcan en el país al menos durante 60 días consecutivos, están obligados a pagar un impuesto nacional a las ventas (19 %) sobre el alojamiento durante su estancia. Los ciudadanos extranjeros con un visado de turista están exentos de pagar este impuesto. Si una persona sujeta al impuesto y otra persona que esté exenta de él comparten habitación, la tarifa podría aplicarse a toda la habitación.

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of COP 900 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
