Entrance is very big with rotating doors with staff to welcome you. In the desks, you will be welcome by smiling staff but they have a hard time in speaking english but they will try their best to speak and understand you. The room is very clean and a welcome fruit will be given after you have entered your room. This is done on a daily basis. Television is fine. About 57 channels with english channels. This includes BBC and NHK (sometime english version). Free bottled water, tea, and coffee inside the room. Very nice and clean rest room with bath tub. Breakfast starts 7 am with alot of choices from western to traditional Chinese foods. Fruits are available. They bake nice breads and cake. I like the congee. Its my favorite. Also, I like the smeel in the lobby. It smells like flower scent. Very nice. Staff are very nice and they will greet you everytime. One room for improvement is checking out. It took them minimum of 15 minutes and the receipt when given to the guest that just check out is folded not professionally.
