Yet I feel really comfortable here and clean. Not so much choices for buffet. The room is okay for me. Beside the hotel has a park, you can jog to the park. Not so much attractions nearby, you need to get a cab.

Clean, comfortable, not fancy!  Lovely swimming pool!  A nice walk through Jinghong to the Night Market (great street food available there!) and other restaurants are close by.  We used this hotel as a launching pad for our day trips to the various markets and tea mountains, and it served its purpose well.  

I have been in several hotels in china and few of them can be considered, from a western point of view, as really comfortable.  This is one of them!
Rooms are clean and the bed is soft.
Breakfast is chinese style but above standard.
It's close to a flea street market that opens at night and te surroundings are safe.

Well located, comfortable, clean and friendly

Not so spacious

The entrance lobby was impressive but unfortunately the rooms did not match our first impression. The hotel has seen better days. Although clean and spacious the bedroom had dingy lighting and old, shabby furniture and fittings. Bed was very hard. Walls are very thin - we heard everything in the corridor and adjoining rooms until people retired for the night. We were told the restaurant was open until late although no full menu after 8pm. We arrived at 7.30 and we the only people there! Thankfully there was someone with enough English to help us order. Building site opposite was busy until 8, which ruined the atmosphere a little. Breakfast was good, with fruit, cakes, salad buffet, bread as well as Chinese breakfast.

Faded splendour

Generally fine, though I have stayed in a few hotels in China and this is one of the better ones.

Breakfast was ok, at least it had western options.  Rooms large and with working airconditioning.

However as with most hotels in China lack of attention to detail with unclean bathrooms and very slow wifi.
