I was here in September 2023 for only one night and everything was perfect. The room is actually a small apartment, very spacious and there's also a big bathroom with a bathtub and a shower place. From my room I could see the Walled city. Surprisingly, the staff at the reception knew English and they were able to tell me the directions to the nearest supermarket. In the morning, at the restaurant there was a variety of western & local Chinese food. You should definitely go for a walk inside the Xi'an City Wall which is very very very close to the hotel. I think there's a subway station not far from the hotel which you can take to the center of the walled city but I preferred to walk and take a tuk tuk back
