The hotel is part of popular hotel chin brand in China. It has its standard and policies to comply. Service is obviously good, but front office staff not speaking English. It is not problem for us as we speak Mandarin. It should not be problem for non speaking foreigners, as they are normally friendly, with the standard procedure, guest should be able to follow. Room is clean. Location is super, near to restaurants and shopping mall, walking distance to the tourist bus station near the Xian Railway Station, where you will be taking the bus to various tourist destination. The hotel is our preferred in Xian,but please aware of the fact some hotels may not cater for foreigners if they do not have permit. It it happen, try another chain hotel of 7 days near the railway station, it is equally good, except in the area near railway station, traffic flow may be heavy.
