The experience was always very good every time I stayed at the Ruili Grand Hotel. Very reasonable price, but the service was more than expected. I have to mention Miss Chen Meixue a manager at the front desk, after I said that I would leave Rui'an in a very late train, she didn't hesitate to provide a late check-out, thank you again!
每一次入住瑞立大酒店的体验都很不错，非常合理的价格，但是提供超乎期望的服务。不得不提的是前台的一位经理陈美雪小姐，在我表达了自己会赶一班很晚的列车离开瑞安时，她毫不犹豫地提供了延迟退房，再次感谢！

Excellent hotel and staffs

Stayed at the hotel for a few days during a business trip.Excellent clean rooms, good for China, breakfast.There are several shops along the street and many different cafes and restaurants for every taste.

It's a great hotel.

The quality and value of my room was great, but being woken at 10:45pm while I am in my pyjamas to answer questions about a cracked drinking glass and asked to pay for it makes me think the staff need to be given clearer boundaries. A note pointing out the damage - and I am not even sure it was me that broke it - would have been far better. It's a pity the hotel does not enforce its 'no smoking' policy, which is obviously more of a guideline than a policy.

However, the decor and furnishings were good, and the hotel is well located to restaurants and shops.

Good hotel, but hotel staff need boundaries

Was here all of this week for a business visit to the city.

The rooms were large and a fully stocked bathroom .

The breakfast was typically Chinese with a few options for the international visitors.  Like everywhere in China it was difficult for my vegetarian colleague. He had to survive on bread butter and fruit.

Fortunately the chef cooked him a small portion of vegetable rice.

We had dinner at the restaurant on the second night.  I found the food good and prices really reasonable for a hotel of this category.

The only unhappy thing was the TV only had Chinese channels. 

The checkout today morning was smooth 


Very comfortable stay

Ruili Hotel is located right in the centre of Rui'an. There are malls, shopping complexes, mini bridges (ancient Chinese style) nearby.

Room service is great, staff is very helpful and friendly, room is compact but comfortable. Definitely recommended. Good value for money. Room has refrigerator, so if you are bringing food from home, then it can stored in it. Pizza Hut is right across the road, so vegetarians need not starve. There are many fruits and vegetable shops nearby.

Business hotel in the heart of Rui'an

The hotel is centrally located with some nice shops around and a pizza hut just opposite it. However, like many other properties, its not really international tourist-friendly as the English language is an issue with the front desk staff. The standard rooms are a bit small and claustrophobic, and therefore seem expensive. The buffet breakfast is very average too. By the look of it, the hotel seems very appealing, but it could be just an option to consider for someone visiting Ruian. However, i am sure there are better properties in Ruian too.

I stayed here in January 2016, nice little hotel. Centrally located, pizza hut is opposite.
Room and bathroom are tiny but Ok.
I was on a business trip and found this hotel better than others in Ruian.

Nice centrally located hotel

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Good and very clean rooms. The service is also good. The breakfast is international but not so varied that after two weeks you have enough of it. The restaurant is good but not anymore, the prices are OK. We had a pleasant stay.

A very nice hotel.

Suitable for a business stay, the rooms are of good size and clean, and the price is very good for what the hotel offers, as in many Chinese cities the staff do not speak English well, so there is nothing the signs can't explain!

A good hotel...

I stayed for 3 days during the first quincean of March.The hotel is well located, modern and clean.The two-bedroom room is spacious but carefully that they have one-bedroom rooms a bit small.The breakfast had a wide variety of food but for Chinese, if you are South American, the only alternative is bread, egg and sweet with coffee or tea.
