55 reviewsThis is a review of the New Dap Hostel (Gracetown) - they’re not on TA yet! 3 night stay at the tail end of a long trip. This place was so refreshing after Tashkurgan and Kashgar. Beautifully decorated and soooooo clean. We had a twin room and were so pleased with it. Great decor, great bathroom, great toilet, great towels. Our shower was a bit slow to drain which we have reported. The linen was nice. Firm mattress, which I like. Air con fantastic. Shower hot and reliable. Hot water on tap from front desk and you can buy fresh coffee and cold drinks. No food available. There is a small mini mart next door for milk, yoghurt, noodles, etc. lots of fruit stands and lots of bread shops nearby. For dinner there are a lot of options of good local food nearby. There’s a big supermarket 2kms walk away. Big thanks to Wayne- fixed transport for us to local attractions, was an all round great guy and helped with a cab to the train station plus wrote out some super helpful phrases for us. Thanks Wayne!!
