Apartments have upmarket furniture with great facilities. Great service and attitude from staff, even though they don't understand English well. I was told that there is a swimming pool but I didn't get a chance to see it. Lovely gym. Walking distance to the mall. Great stay altogether. 
No bar or room service.

Very good for biz travel, good condition of room, good equipment, good breakfast, good swimming pool.
But, little far from shopping mall (10mins for walk), not yet restaurant for lunch or dinner, no room service.

Very good experience, including hotel service, the attitude of the staff, the room facilities, and a great breakfast, due to time and did not experience the fitness center, but saw the clean swimming pools, and cinema

Very good experience

It is not exactly a hotel. It is a set of high buildings (3?) with apartments. All 3 are connected by reception hub with few facilities (swimming pool and gym). There is no restaurant o cafe. Yes, you can eat humble breakfast in the morning, that's it.
Apartments are spacious with nice low windows what I like. There is small kitchen and nice bathroom. Against works smelly room (cigarette policy is horrible here) and stinky bathroom (dampness). Cleaning service is fine and somehow does not include dishes in the kitchen which are cleaned not carefully. Nice staff cannot help you significantly. you are on your own. Check-in and check-out is as in other Chinese hotels - many detailed fills and caution is taken.

On and on, not bad offer since there is cheap option and convenient location. Probably good for long stay and using kitchen on daily basis. Otherwise it is not a real hotel.
