Cloud and Water Sea View Holiday Hotel

Our stay is great as usual, as we’ve come to expect when staying at IHG properties around the world. In China especially, these rooms are very much value for money. What I would like to highlight for my stay in particular, is the the excellent service of front desk staff Aiwen. We had clumsily left our camera in the taxi when we dropped off at the hotel. Aiwen kindly went out of her way to assist us in identifying the taxi group, calling the office, and coordinating with the driver for the return of the camera. All these was done with a smile, despite it was past her office hours. It is her delightful assistance that made this stay so wonderful. Thank you once again.
