I have stayed at this hotel twice during my visits to Hong Kong this month, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a lasting positive impression. I would especially like to commend Jayce, who attended to us during check-in. Remarkably, he remembered me from my visit just a week prior, which made the experience feel more personal and welcoming. Jayce was not only highly efficient in managing the process but also friendly and pleasant to engage with, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism. In addition to Jayce, other members of the team were equally outstanding. Craig, for instance, provided valuable assistance both at check-in and at check-out, ensuring everything went smoothly and without any hassle. The overall staff attentiveness and helpfulness significantly enhanced my stays, making them comfortable and enjoyable. It’s evident that the hotel staff take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and I look forward to returning on my future visits to Hong Kong.
