This hotel is centrally located. 3-4 long blocks to North High Speed rail station. I block from the Shenzhen Metro which I used. The room was unusual as it did not have a window but had no problem getting dark and quiet. Desk staff was helpful and nice. You can buy breakfast in a dining area near the lobby. For me I stayed a week.

I stayed here while working in the area, rooms are clean and a good size, the beds are massive and well comfortable, reception speaks reasonable English and restaurant is fairly good. I can not comment on value as this was paid for and arranged by my work so I can not compare. Room was a bit cold, but I understand this is normal for this time of year, I spent far too long in the luxurious shower to warm up to compensate....

Big comfortable room with King size bed. Very clean. Fluffy new towels. Staff was courteous   and a couple of them could speak English. Many shops annd restaurants close by. Location iis OK but not in tourist area..

No english channels on the TV. Nice to have for foreign people. 
Not very stable internet but at least it have, even some times a person will get crazy. 
Internet by cable on rooms and wireless at lobby. 
Breakfast is good only missing some juices and bread.

Very Nice Hotel at Good Price

Great place for the price

Not bad, but.....

I returned to stay at this hotel for 2 separate visits during November 2016. I had stayed here in the past, and I liked its location.  My first visit here was in 2008. Since then the property has slowly declined. This is a very busy hotel, so it is understandable that on-going maintenance and upgrading should be done at regular intervals in order to maintain the property at a certain standard. In this case the hotel has slipped. 

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were all very professional and pleasant. I observed that the English skills of the workers have improved over the years.  

Other Observations:

Shabby carpets in the hallways
Area rugs have been placed over the carpets in busy areas to hide the carpet wear.
Strong cigarette smoke smell in a non-smoking room
In-Room safes non-functional
Rain water dripping onto the room floor from a window casing

I observed that this hotel has done some remodeling. My bed on both occasions was very comfortable, and some of the furniture had been reupholstered. So, I was not uncomfortable. 

Sometimes we wish for things to remain the same, and it was a little sad to see the decline in this hotel.

Again, the hotel staff were very helpful and nice, and made my recent visits pleasant.

Needs a Makeover

Ok for a hotel. Got a large double bed room. No facilities. It is a Part of a large hotel chain in china. Worth getting the membership for future discount. Didn’t know u can negotiate room rate at the counter.
