Vienna International Hotel (Shenzhen Shuanglong Subway Station)

Convenience attracted me to this Vienna Hotel, and it proved to be a very pleasant find in the vast sprawl of Shenzhen/Longgang. It can be a long (but straightforward) trip on Shenzhen's metro system. Shuanglong is right at the end of the line in Longgang. But you can see the hotel when pulling into the station, and hence it's an easy trip down the stairs or lift to get to the property. My room was pleasantly large and airy - up on the 8th floor - with a large and very comfortable bed. Views are simply over rooftops. Excellent shower and good toiletries. Plentiful tea and coffee. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I don't know if there's breakfast available. Never tried to have any and saw no sign of a restaurant. But come back to convenience.... there are restaurants and shops a-plenty in the streets around the hotel. On the other side of the main road, there's a big shopping mall too with a Rainbow supermarket. Incidentally, if you want to take the metro all the way to Shenzhen's Bo'an airport, it takes nigh on two hours, but it's a simple journey costing a mere 11 RMB. But it is the
