My recent stay at The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai was truly enjoyable. Although the hotel has been open for some years, it remains exceptionally well-maintained, and the level of service continues to reflect the brand’s consistently high standards — truly impressive. I would especially like to thank Lily Zhang from the Guest Recognition team. From assisting me during the wait for check-in, to customizing my room key, and thoughtfully checking in on my room preferences, her attention to detail and warm care made me feel genuinely welcomed. I truly appreciated it and look forward to returning in the future.
