My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Grand Xi'an South resort. What made it truly exceptional was the customer service from both Alva and her colleagues Kiko and Ma Jing. Even before arriving, Alva assisted in ensuring our room was perfect. She kindly upgraded our room and ensured a smooth check in process. Her colleagues Kiko and Ma Jing personally prepared our room and provided refreshments in the room upon our arrival. Our room was nothing short of breathtaking. The spacious suite offered a stunning view of the Datang Mall area. The suite was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Xi'an. Additionally, Alva and her team provided excellent service throughout our stay. They always met our needs and were extremely prompt. Alva also provided a personal touch on our last day and provided a parting gift. We can't wait to return and create more memories here. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you Alva, Kiko, and Ma Jing!
