Yin Zuo Business Hotel

Was on the 26th floor with great views and roomy room. In our three city tour this was the best hotel. Breakfast was great with no crowds. Hotel within 20 minutes of inner city and could walk to museum within 10 minutes. Would recommend for business or holiday stays.

Stayed in a beautiful suite right at the top of the building, with incredible views across the city. Everything was sparkling clean, decor was attractive and staff were friendly. Breakfast selection was quite limited, and the bar in the foyer was a bit hit-and-miss with quite a few things out of stock. Overall, however, the experience was good - wish I'd had the chance to stay a bit longer.

We stayed here for 2 nights during an organised tour of China. Its now called the Yinzuo Business Hotel.

Service is good and fairly efficient. Several staff speak English so we were able to order food in the restaurant easily.

The breakfast buffet is just about okay. We had dinner at the restaurant once and ordered room service once, and both experiences were good.

The room was pretty large and had ample storage space. The bathroom though well fitted out, was a bit cramped.

I have spent a week at the Yin Zuo Business Hotel in Xi'an. The experience was very good: service, support from staff, quality of food and accommodation were up to a four-star standard. Despite its large size, the hotel has a surprisingly limited offer of on-site amenities. I would expect an establishment of this level and size to have at least a pool; whereas only one room has been converted into a gym, and all you'll find is a couple of tread mills and two exercise bikes. I read somewhere on the net that the hotel also offered a spa, but there is no such a thing on site. TV offer only includes Chinese speaking channels, with the exception of one English speaking channel, although still limited to China-related news. The WiFi is decent but not exceptional: good for emails and little more. The staff is very friendly but very few of them speak English: they bypass the problem by using translating apps on their phones which, while entertaining at first, becomes a bit of a burden after a while.
