We had a private room in their restaurant and enjoyed many of the local cuisines. The special Qingdao clams were outstanding. We also had the flounder like fish which was delicious. Plenty of vegetable dishes as well as chicken and beef. We had a bottle of Chateau Hudong Cabernet Sauvignon which was created for the year of the Snake. Memory serves that Michael Berry of Berry Bros England, was instrumental in the 80ies to get the local wine industry going. Unfortunately, he passed away at an early age, but the memory lingers on! They had photos of him on their walls. After our dinner we went to a different level and had a perfect view of the light show, which must be the best in the world!
