I had two bookings on this hotel. First time the experience was great. Check-in was very slow but the hotel is nice. Rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast buffet was great. We also ordered dinner and was great as well. Hotel is a bit far from the city but it is halfway between city and airport. On the second booking a week later we arrived at the hotel very late and there was no rooms available! The staff was rude but a manager came down and quickly booked a room and a taxi for us at another nearby hotel which was super nice. Though it was upsetting to get there and find no availability after I had booked through Expedia, they did find a solution for us.
