I stayed at the Hilton Nanjing with my family for 4 nights in early December 2024. The room, especially the bathroom, was very large, with well-furnished and extremely comfortable beds. The hotel was close to 集庆门大街 metro station, which made travel to key tourist sites located in the city centre convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it very comfortable. My family and I also found the staff especially helpful in meeting all our needs and requests. We are particularly impressed that the concierge staff helped us make reservations at some of the local restaurants when we could not do so with WeChat (we did not have a Chinese phone number). The help of the concierge staff in booking key restaurants made our trip to Nanjing very enjoyable, especially as we enjoy eating good local food in places we visit. I will highly recommend the hotel, for the outstanding quality of the rooms, the professional service of the staff and the convenience of the location. Being an internationally branded hotel, I personally think that this hotel will be especially enjoyable for tourists visiting China for the first time.
