We booked a twin room but got upgraded to deluxe mountain executive room. The staff was super polite and very caring. We did arrive earlier and got early check in! There are so many activities to do, we did tie dye, wa Mao (clay cat) and also went on trekking which was a beautiful experience. Curry was exceptional, he was very patient of us even our daughter was struggling to climb. The highlight was a paid activity, which is star gazing. Even though it’s in mandarin? The family enjoyed it so much. This hotel is busy but very well run. There is also afternoon lounge for all guest, which they service wine and beer. Amazing hotel views and care by the hotel staff,
