The location of this hotel is very good with in in the Jinan west Railway station building. Rooms are quite ok for the amount and but clean and well maintained. Disadvantage : No English Speaking persons and its very hard to communicate with them even for small small things. Breakfast purely Chinese and being an Indian it's very had to understand what is what and i skipped BF with just a hot coffee. Overall ok for stay.
