18 reviewsAfter driving through China visiting factories in extremely rural areas, this city seemed to come out of nowhere-- our driver pulls up the bellman opens our doors, grabs our bags and we approach the check in desk..... my friend checks in first (speaks fluent mandarin) and proceeds to go to his room-- I then have a gentleman come up and greet me in perfect english, Frank Ji-- turns out he is the lobby manager- he takes care of my entire check in, and wants me to get the full VIP treatment and grabs the bell mans bag roller and wheels it himself guiding me to my room- he then passes me his card and says if there is anything at all I need do not hesitate to ask- truly wonderful experience in this gorgeous hotel.... we were only there for one night... I did take a picture with frank before I left, I hope he sees this review and posts the picture--- I highly recommend this hotel for any travelers- we also had another meeting that evening with a distributor, and as our driver was running late they actually kept the kitchen open for just the three of us for an extra hour so we could have their wonderful food--- great atmosphere and for a first time visitor made me feel safe and right at home- would love to return the favor to Frank if he is ever in the USA! Gorgeous room and soft pillows and bed....
