GreenTree Alliance Heilongjiang Province Haerbin Chengde Square Chengde Street Hotel

My girlfriend and I stayed for three days, and overall we really enjoyed our visit. We can speak basic Chinese, so communication with the staff members was not an issue for us, so I'm not sure if they can speak English or not. The room was small, but very clean, although it did smell like cigarette smoke, even though we reserved a non-smoking room (the heating was very good in the room, so we just aired it out by opening the window while we were gone). The location is only three bus stops away from the Pedestrian Street, which is also very close to Zhaolin Park and Sophia Square. It's also across the street from a KFC, which is where we ate our breakfasts (we didn't try the hotel's). All-in-all, I'm very satisfied and would stay there again, especially considering the value pricing.
