48 reviewsThis is a 4-star (international standard) "resort" hotel by the Huangguoshun Falls scenic area. It is 3-min walking distance to entrance of the scenic park. The hotel is next to the Bansai Garden of the park but you cannot enter it from the hotel as it is a part of the park. Get a room with a view of the Bansai Garden. It is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is quiet at night so you can get a good night rest. The hotel serves usual Chinese International breakfast buffet with notably good made to order noodle (southwest Chinese style) section. No pool or gym I could find. Avoid lunch or dinner at the hotel, both expensive and overpriced. Instead op for one of the home style restaurants outside the entrance gate. The local wild vegetables and fish dishes are excellent. As usual I always ask the owner not to add MSG or too much oil plus salt in the dishes. Local people tend to eat salty and oily dishes.
