This is a beautiful and friendly hotel in center of a small town south of Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou. The province is building a subway to connect Huaxi to Guiyang, and a developer is building a beautiful amusement park not far from here, so it might not be that quiet in a few years. Given how small the town is, I was surprised to have this kind of hotel there. Everything about it is great. The breakfast might not be 100 percent what you might expect at a fancy hotel in China, but it was more than servicable. The front desk was beyond reproach, and really helpful in the two major requests I had (they helped me arrange transport, and they allowed me to stay a couple of hours after check out). I was really impressed. They even have plugs for Singaporean outlets, so I didn't need my adaptor. The bed was beyond amazing.
