Good service from both uncle and aunty Ma. You really feel like you back to home, where they will give you good travel advice, help you to arrange the details journey as well as they will remind you how to use the facility in person.

Situated in the heart of Yangshuo, offering you everything you could wish for. The owner is a very nice guy who will help you to get a bike, to make a route, to have a good time. Cosy, silent, very clean, shampoos, bath gel (you can ask for some more downstairs!). The owner shall meet you on the arrival if you ask him to and make you feel comfortable. The only thing that might not be good for people who doesn't like too much of attention - you shall be surrounded with it all the time. Still, it shall start annoying you only if you don't want to go to the places the owner shall offer you. No meal, but you can get it in a few steps from the house. Laundry, bike rental, West pedestrian street, McD's, if you got tired of Chinese food, but still I would not go there. Awesome mango blend on the beginning of the pedestrian street, btw. And don't try all these local specialties - it's just the waste of money, the portion is too small and nothing special at all. Terribly expensive. Don't listen to the owner and don't try it. Just believe me. Still, I would recommend you visit the place, especially if you are from Europe! Definitely, you shall enjoy your stay!

I must said super nice couple owner and we enjoyed staying there. They have basic clean room with no view.  What I like is their caring really keep us warm.  Owner uncle Ma Lin show us where the blanket kept, amenities needed, remind us to keep door closed all the time as there are mosquito, he even check the bicycle brake and tyre pressure for me. Everyday we came back from sightseeing, they will ask how was today and ask us have a good rest. 
He also gave the best advice on our plan trip, cycling route and bamboo raft trip.  He help us to call to Xing Ping old place hostel to postpone the check in date without any charge. really appreciate it :)  
English may not be common here. They didn't collect the trash everyday unless u told.
Will definitely go back to Sha'ouju if I go Yang Shuo again!

Read about this place on tripadvisors , we decided to stay there for 5 days. Mr Ma and his wife are rare gems in this tourist industry. It's indeed a home away from home. Yangshuo is beautiful, with mr Ma and his wife, it's even more beautiful . They are genuine , warm and super helpful. The bedrooms are also very clean and comfortable. A very enjoyable stay at Sha'ouju indeed
