Jenny, Louise and Ling and the rest of the team were helpful, kind and efficient and could not stop trying to make us feel more comfortable. 1- They proactively put us in a lower room because my sister had a knee injury. 2- The manager Jenny offered to be our guide cost-free to visit a local market in a near village called FuLi. It was a fantastic experience. 3- I had mentioned to the staff that my brother was celebrating his birthday during our stay. On the actual day, they surprised us with a cake and charged nothing for it. 4- On two occasions, we’ve arrived late for the restaurant lunch and dinner times, but they served us without any hesitation.5- They upgraded our transfers in order to make us feel more confortable. Besides all of that, the hotel is clean, charming, has a nice pool, offers calligraphy, tai chi, yoga lessons (paid) and bike rides (free), affordable massages, the food is tasty. It stays a little bit far from city center, but it is a good option for those who seek a calm and peaceful scenario, since it is just in front of the river, with lots of trees in the surroudings. I highly reccomend this hotel.
