I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days last week. Location is great, just 5 min. walk from Wanda Plaza, and a short taxi ride from all the (few) city attractions. It's also a 6-7 min. taxi ride from the train station.

It's a relatively tall building for Nanning, 18 floors. I was in a corner panorama room on the 13 floor, with a king size bed (and a good mattress for China), and an amazing floor to ceiling all-window wall, something that you may see in a Hong Kong hotel and pay of course 5 times more. 

Bathroom was nice, with all the amenities, and a glass bathroom wall, facing the room, but covered with a curtain. Shower was quirky, with too hot or cold water alternating, but water pressure was ok.

However, the highlight of the room, the all window wall, turned out to be its shortcoming. If you're going to have all window walls, on top of a busy intersection in the city, you'd think they'd have double-pane windows. This of course being China, they didn't think of that. Result? You can only sleep with ear plugs. 

Also, in the winter, temperatures drop at night to about 5-10C. Add the windows and you get the picture. Heating? None! The central heating/AC is for AC only. When I inquired about this, I was offered a (somewhat soiled) duvet/comforter.

I also had a negative check-out experience, when the manager could not issue the refund for a 1000 rmb deposit they took on check-in. After she called her bank, and after 20 minutes, she finally figured it out.

Conclusion: for a couple of days it's not bad at all, location is excellent, but bring ear plugs, and try to avoid the winter months(!).

Not bad at all, but with the usual Chinese shortcomings

We stayed the night at the
 hotel, and just left a few hours ago.
After a long night when the air condition didn't work almost at all, when we woke up this morning and tried to check out we just suffered from any minute.
The man in the front desk didn't spoke any English and instead of refund us for the deposit, he charged us again ! 
We translated our saying again and again and also got help from a guest who knew a little bit English but it didn't helped and we just gave up.
After that we asked him for a taxi to the airport and he just send as outside !! We were looking for a taxi all by ourselves for 20 min !! We almost missed our flight because of him !
