1. Pretty new hotel. Understand that it was opened in 2013. 2. Beautiful hotel room with good view. I was staying on 11th floor. 3. Very neat and comfortable bed. Really enjoy the comfort of the floor. 4. The front desk staff was not helpful. We arrived around 9pm at night and ask for directions to some restaurant but not very keen to help out. Pointed us to have dinner in the hotel restaurant but it was already closed. Asked them for some recommendation of nearby restaurant and reluctantly pointed us to one near the hotel. 5. Poor internet service in the room. In general, apart from the poor service of the front desk staff, we will like to stay there again.
