Judge Home Hotel - Beijing

Like others have said, this hotel was clean, quiet and conveniently located. There was a Cantonese seafood restaurant on the main floor of the hotel. I know, Cantonese food in Beijing? Weird. The food there was pretty good but on the pricey side. If you like mall shopping and authentic northern Chinese cuisine such as dumplings, this was the perfect location as there were many restaurants and little bakeries close by. The staff were professional and helpful. I could speak Chinese so there was no language barrier. My husband and his family only speak English and the staff at the check-in counter and the business centre were able to help them when needed. One major issue was with heating as the city supplies heat to the hotel. We went in late October/early November and the city didn't start its heat supply yet. The hotel was freezing cold, especially at night. With 3 layers of blankets, we were still shivering at night. But what could you do as it was not the hotel's fault. So do find out when the city will start its heat supply if you stay here during late fall.
