The rooms are nice, however if you are unlucky and you get one on the streetside its very!! loud, almost like you sleeping right next to the street. We did not need an alarm clock, trucks and buses in the morning were enough. 

Only 2 bathrooms - prepare to queue up. Breakfast comes with instant coffee. :-/ All in all prices are too high for what you get. However could be because we were travelling around new years eve. 

Mas o menos

Very beautiful, no doubt. But here are the problems: the owner lives on the top floor and he is the only one that can open the front door for you, so if you plan to go out and come back late at night, you might have to spend at least 30 minutes ringing the door bell. When we stayed there the house was full and the bathrooms were never cleaned (2 shared bathrooms). The breakfast was  nice and the rooms were quite pretty and comfortable, although we could barely sleep, since right next door there's a huge club that plays loud music all night until about 5 am, so if you are planning to rest at night, just forget about it.

good choice for the site, it is close to the soto mayor place, but it have too noise in the night. otherwise it is clear and the guy is a really nice guy. sincerily as a couple we hoped something more.

located near to a night club, rooms are on street side... Can't rest even with ear plug. No occlusive curtains. 
Breakfast is average. 2 bathrooms, only 1 open at the time, no spare toilets.
The owner is OK, the place is clean but too noisy.
