Friendly, efficient and helpful staff, excellent localization (close to restaurants, cafes, and and no more than a 3 minute walk away from Pedro de Valdivia Metro station). Rooms were clean, spacious, with a very well equipped kitchen. As a bonus we also had a nice view from the Balcony, from where we could see 'la Cordillera' and the Costanera building. Will definitely be my first pick to stay next time in Santiago.
