We stayed in Apart Santa Lucia from June 21 until 25, 2013. We liked very much the people who work at it. It is not a hotel...it is a residential building where some apartments are rented for short stays. It was clean and we did not have any problems with noise. Towels and bed sheets were changed after 2 days. It is very close (walking distance) to Santa Lucia Subway station and major attractions. I recommend it. Also, we recommend guests to have dollar (not credit card) to pay for the stay. That is because no taxes are due when one pays cash in dollars.
