Odette is the hostess/manager every hotel should have! She made us feel at home and was tireless on making sure we were having a great time and going way beyond her duties - she was lovely, caring and an impressive professional running the sweetest and most charming hotel in Easter Island. Her knowledge of the island and well connectedness got us the best deals for tours and rentals.The place itself is beautifully decorated, comfortable and immaculately clean - the room service lady made sure our room was always clean and the beds were so well made that it felt like fresh sheets everyday. It felt and smelled clean throughout the entire place - I could actually see my reflection on the floor!Breakfast was always delicious and with high-quality products on offer. Yummy every single time!The only drawback I can think of is the location as it’s a little bit far from town but I saw it as a positive as the only thing we heard were crickets at night and birds in the morning! I understand this reads too positive but in true honesty, 5 stars ( and I’m very picky)!
