We stayed at this 2 bed apartment for 2 nights so that we could be close to central Santiago. On booking we placed a special request that we could deposit our large luggage the day before (we were going to Valparaiso for one night). Juan Carlos is an extremely attentive and responsive owner and confirmed immediately that we could do so. We also enquired about airport transfer on departure and he obligingly drove us to the airport at 6am (for a modest fee). The apartment is fully furnished and immaculately clean. Juan fully explained all the facilities when we arrived. The complex has a pool and gym available but we did not use it. The apartment WifFi is really good.The area is residential and very safe. It is 2/3 blocks to the city centre and the metro. I would heartily recommend this apartment for your stay in beautiful Santiago.
