19 reviewsMy wife and I were fortunate enough to stay 3 nights here, we had to move for the 4th night as they were booked, but they helped us arrange a place only a block away for that night. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners sister (Loretta). After a quick instruction we told her what we wanted to do and she offered to walk with us to help arrange the activities. We saw her everything night and loved our conversations with her. The property is quiet, beds a re great, breakfast was good, staff were amazing and location is of course perfect. 2 minute walk to the Casino and 2 more to the Palza de Armas. I can't say enough about this place. Well worth the price.

All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room. Chilean citizens will be charged an additional 19% value added tax. Please note that foreign guests do not need to pay this tax if they show their passports, immigration cards (issued within the past 90 days), and a non-Chilean credit card. |
