100 reviewsA nice apartment with all the required facilities in a location that’s convenient for exploring Santiago by foot or on the metro. The concierge didn’t speak English but there is an office in apartment 703 (10am-5:30pm) – still no English but with wifi and a translation app we were able to communicate quite well. The Santa Lucia metro station is almost at the door. The kitchen had a full sized fridge with a freezer, microwave, oven and cooktop. I wasn’t able to find a plug for the sink. The bathroom had great bench space. The towels provided were good. The only soap provided was in a liquid dispenser. There was an enclosed balcony overlooking the street but it wasn’t a great outlook that made you want to sit out there. We arrived later than expected to check-in but the key had been left for us with the concierge.
