15 reviewsWe stayed in Hotel L&S as it was the only hotel in the guide book. Priced at £35 per person per night, it was about double our budget, but since it was our last night we splashed out, and it was so worth it! In the UK, £35 could buy you a tiny room in a mediocre hotel, so we were pleasantly surprised with how snazzy and clean Hotel L&S was. The beds were amazingly comfy and clean, the showers were incredible, plus breakfast (included in the price) was of a very high standard. For us, it was a "luxury" hotel with an acceptable price tag! We only stayed one night, between San Pedro de Atacama and catching a flight early in the morning from Calama. The staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport in the early hours, and the hotel was conveniently located ~10 mins drive from the airport. For the price, it was incredible value, and I would definitely recommend staying there during your time in Calama!
